The 3rd edition of the Nagaland Fashion Week (NFW) 2022, organised by the Nagaland Designers’ Association (NDA) culminated on December 8 at the Nagaland Bamboo Resource Centre, Sovima, Chümoukedima.
NDA in a press release informed that the final day of the event was graced by Special Invitee, PS to minister Higher Education & Tribal Affairs, TemjenImna Along, Talinukshi and director, Department of Sericulture as the guest of honour Sanny Pongener,
The final day of the event was a five rounds showcase of collections by the designers in the following sequence; 1st Sequence – Designer Gitartha’s Kreation: KOINA- The Bridal Story, 2nd Sequence – Designer MaonglaJamir : Tux and Tiaras, 3rd Sequence – Designer LeishangNakhedei : Warrior’s Legacy, 4th Sequence – Designers Aien Keyho & Akanili Yeptho: Tongnusenmetsu (Rainbow) and 5th Sequence – Nagaland Designers’ Association: The Silk Story.
Athe Rhi was the host for the evening while Dr. T Imensanen Jamir and Nuvesalu Sakhamo enthralled the audience with their musical performance.
The event culminated with a vote of thanks delivered by the Nagaland Fashion Week (NFW) 2022 Coordinator Tzunapen Imchen.
