Nagaland GPRN/NSCN (U) mourns demise of Kilonser

Dimapur

The GPRN/NSCN (Unification) has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden and untimely demise of its Kilonser and advisor to the Collective Leadership (ACL), Zhekiye Yepthomi.
In a condolence message MIP of the organisation stated that late Yepthomi, who hailed from Nikhekhu Village under Niuland district, began his journey in the Naga National Movement in 1990. Through unwavering dedication and commitment, he rose to the esteemed position of Kilonser.
MIP described him as a leader of exemplary and selfless service, marked by integrity, patriotism, sincerity, and loyalty. His lifelong devotion to the Naga cause, it said, stands as a lasting testament to his noble character. GPRN/NSCN (U) termed his passing an irreparable loss not only to his family and community but to the Naga Nation as a whole. The organisation paid its deepest respect and homage to the departed soul and prayed that Almighty God grant solace, strength, and comfort to the bereaved family during this time of profound grief.
