Nagaland: Hornbill Festival draws over 41k visitors in two days

The 25th edition of the Hornbill Festival has already drawn an impressive total of 41,498 visitors over its first two days, showcasing its enduring popularity as a premier cultural event.


According to Toka E Tuccumi, joint director Tourism department, the inaugural day on December 1 welcomed 23,910 visitors, including– 513 foreign tourists, 5,486 domestic and 17,911 local visitors from Nagaland.


On December 2, the festival attracted 17,588 attendees, comprising of 428 foreign tourists, 4,698 domestic and 12,462 local visitors.
