Nagaland HRHAN celebrates Children’s Day

DIMAPUR

The Human Rights Help Association Nagaland (HRHAN) celebrated Children’s Day on November 15 with children from a nearby orphanage, marking the occasion with joy, creativity, and meaningful engagement.
The programme began with a warm welcome, followed by a Drawing Competition that allowed children to express their imagination through vibrant artworks. Winners were felicitated with prizes, bringing smiles and encouragement to all participants.
In line with its mission to support underprivileged children, HRHAN distributed essential items to the orphanage, aiming to contribute to the daily well-being of the children. A cheerful cake-cutting ceremony, along with the distribution of sweets and juice, added to the festive spirit.
Members of HRHAN also spent time interacting and playing with the children, ensuring they felt cared for and included.
HRHAN stated that the celebration served as a reminder of its commitment to uplifting young lives and reaffirmed its resolve to continue organizing initiatives that bring happiness, support, and hope to children in need.
