Immanuel College successfully concluded its 31st Annual Sports Meet 2025 under the theme “Unleash the Champion Within.” The three-day sporting event was held from December 15 to 17, with the first two days hosted at Dimapur Government College and the final day at the Immanuel College campus.
The event featured a wide range of sporting disciplines across both individual and group categories. Students competed under four houses—Green, Yellow, Blue and Red—showcasing talent, teamwork, and determination. After intense competition, the Yellow House emerged as the overall champion of the meet.
The meet was formally inaugurated by the Principal, Dr. Th. Sharatchandra Singh, who in his exhortation emphasized the holistic value of sports. He highlighted the four components of sports—physical, mental, social and spiritual development, stating that sports have become an integral part of educational institutions.
