Nagaland Foothills Road Co-ordination Committee (NFHRCC) will conduct a joint inspection of ongoing Foothills Road construction sites under Baghty Division, Wokha district on November 15, 2025. The team will inspect eight work sites along the Foothills Road alignment.
According to a press release issued by the NFHRCC Media Cell, the inspection team will comprise representatives from all stakeholders, including Lotha Hoho and its subsidiaries, NPWD (Road & Bridge), contractor firms, and members of the media fraternity.
The inspection team is scheduled to depart Dimapur and will assemble at Merapani Village for a brief interaction and breakfast. From there, the team will proceed to visit the construction sites along the designated route, culminating at Hovekhu–Niuland via Old Ralan.
The Committee has urged the concerned department and contractor firms to extend full cooperation to ensure the inspection is conducted fairly and effectively.
