Kohima District Volleyball Association (KDVA) has notified all participating teams of the upcoming G. Rio Memorial Volleyball Trophy—12th Kohima Open Tournament for men and women—to collect their player cards on November 16 at 3 pm at Khuochiezie (Kohima Local Ground).
The tournament is scheduled to be held from November 17 to 20, 2025 at the same venue.
In the men’s category, the teams include Senapati Sporting Club, Southern Angami Sports Association, Marieri Mao, Ever Green Club, Ungma, Kiruphema Youth Organization (KYO) Junior, KYO B, Kazi Najrul Assam, Tantrum Volleys, M.H-10, KYO-A, Zing-Zing Kezo Town and New Sendenyu Youth Organization.
Women’s teams participating are Senapati SC, Masketeers VC, Teen Star, Elite Sister’s Club, Dreamers, United Sisters, MADFA, Team Ace, Terhiipourie Mezoma, Tiema Khe Kidima, Serenity Spikers Kohima and Titan Club.
