Nagaland: Kohima police inform for document verification

DIMAPUR

In continuation of earlier advertisements and notices, Sr. Superintendent of Police and member secretary District Level Screening Committee (DLSC) Kohima, has informed that document scrutiny for Kohima district candidates provisionally accepted for the post of Constable will begin from January 2, 2026, ahead of the Physical/Medical Standards Tests (PST) scheduled from January 7 to 13, 2026.
The verification will be conducted at the 4th NAP Battalion Headquarters, Thizama, and is being advanced due to the large number of applicants.
Candidates who have successfully generated their Admit Cards from the Nagaland Police Recruitment Portal have been asked to report at the venue by 10 a.m. with both original and self-attested photocopies of the following mandatory documents:

  • Educational Qualification: Class-8 Passed Certificate or higher from NBSE or any recognised Board of School Education in India.
  • Proof of Identity: Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Driving License.
  • Certificate of Indigenous Inhabitant of Nagaland.
  • Scheduled Tribe Certificate, duly signed by a District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner.
  • Proof of Date of Birth: Birth Certificate / Matriculation or equivalent Admit Card.
