The state’s first and only law journal published by Capital Law House, Delhi was released by justice Kakheto Sema and justice Kardak-Ete in the High Court Bar Association Hall on July 20.
The journal will make available the information of judgments and local law information specific to the state of Nagaland. A rate section called “Band and Robe” has also been added in the journal which relates to various traits of Effective Lawyering Skills, which shall be extremely useful for young and budding lawyers.
Justice Sema at the function said that the Journal will be of a great help for the legal fraternity and all concerned.
In addition to the printed journal, a website www.nagalandlawjournal.com was also launched which will provide monthly issues with recent coverage of cases and legal provisions.
