A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland unit delegation led by secretary organisation, Ananta Mishra and BJP legislators, including minister for Higher Technical and Higher education, Temjen Imna Along, adviser for Power, Tovihoto Ayemi and a host of party workers from the state called upon the former prime minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, recipient of Bharat Ratna and the first National BJP president at his official residence, Delhi on April 26. BJP Nagaland media cell stated that, the delegation interacted with the former prime minister and his adopted daughter.
Meanwhile, PRO (IPR) Nagaland House New Delhi, stated that, Toshi Wungtung, advisor for I&PR, SCERT and Village Guard (VG) called on the union home minister of state Kiren Kijiju, Dr. Mahesh Sharma union minister of state (independent charge) for Culture, Environment, Forest and Climate Change, and Prakash Javadekar union minister of state (independent charge) for Human Resource Development in their respective offices in New Delhi on April 26.
