Nagaland LEH condemns sexual assault on minor girl

DIMAPUR, NOV 15 (NPN)

Lotha Eloe Hoho (LEH) has strongly condemned the alleged sexual assault of a minor in Wokha, expressing deep anger over the incident. LEH president Thungbeni Ngullie and general secretary Wonchibeni Patton said such “shameless and outrageous acts” were an affront to community values and humanity. The hoho appreciated Wokha police for swiftly arresting the accused and urged them to conduct a thorough, uncompromising investigation to ensure all involved are held accountable. LEH demanded swift justice and expressed solidarity with the victim and her family. It also urged the Lotha community to stay vigilant and safeguard children.
