Nagaland Medicine Dealers Association backs traffic revision

Dimapur

Nagaland Medicine Dealers Association (NMDA) has expressed gratitude to the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, for revising traffic regulations within the city as per the advisory issued on November 26, 2025.
In a press note issued by NMDA joint secretary Arjiit Sharma, the association specifically thanked the Commissioner for designating the route from Deluxe Point to Holy Cross Police Point and vice versa as two-way traffic.
NMDA also appreciated the proactive steps taken by a DMC member in demolishing the illegal structure below the flyover and converting the space into a parking area, thereby improving traffic management and safety.
With the festive season approaching, Nagaland Medicine Dealers Association appealed to Tovihoto Ayemi MLA to consider completing the blacktopping of roads in his constituency before Christmas to ensure smooth traffic flow and accessibility for residents and visitors.
