The 2nd Open Penalty Shootout organised by Ward-1 Youth Organisation was held at Thinuovicha Memorial Government Higher Secondary School ground on November 22, 2025.
Mez & Co (B) emerged as the champion of the tournament, while Khezhie FC finished as runner-up. Team M4-16 and Mez & Co (A) reached the semi-finals. Seyieneituo Tsira of Mez & Co (B) was adjudged Best Goalkeeper of the tournament.
