DIMAPUR

Miraculum Society Nagaland, in collaboration with the Eastern Sümi Students’ Union (ESSU), formally launched a 28-day free tuition programme for Class 10 students at Aghunato, Zunheboto, on Wednesday. The initiative aims to support students in their preparation for the upcoming HSLC examination.
The programme seeks to enhance academic performance while also creating opportunities for unemployed youth graduates to engage in educational support activities. Tuition classes are scheduled to commence from January 20, 2026. Speaking at the launch, founder of Miraculum Society Nagaland, Vikuonuo Sachü, underscored the importance of education and the role of supplementary tuition in strengthening students’ learning beyond the regular school curriculum. She said such initiatives were crucial in providing equal learning opportunities, particularly in rural areas.
ESSU representatives assured full support to the programme, acknowledging its positive impact on students’ welfare and youth empowerment. Students have shown keen interest and enthusiasm in participating. Vikuonuo further informed that the Aghunato programme is being implemented as a pilot project and will be reviewed for possible continuation and expansion in the coming years.
