Modelite Fest 2025 was held on November 1 at the Model Higher Secondary School (MHSS) Campus, celebrating the shared bond between Model Christian College (MCC) and Model Higher Secondary School (MHSS) under the unifying theme, “Concordia Crescimus” – Together We Grow.
The event featured creative director, Munguli Sangtam as the Guest Speaker.
In his keynote address, Sangtam emphasized the importance of spiritual growth and strengthening family bonds, encouraging students and faculty to cultivate meaningful relationships within their homes and communities.
He urged the gathering to strive not only for academic and professional excellence but also for holistic personal growth.
The event opened with a musical solo by Hishale (MHSS), setting a soulful tone for the day. Performances by “The Gears” (Model Higher Secondary band) and “The Dream Notes” (Model Christian College band) further enlivened the atmosphere with powerful renditions that captivated the audience.
The second session, anchored by Razouvi Paul and Tajungren Imsong, featured a soulful performance by Asenati Jamir (MHSS).
The audience was also treated to stellar live acts by renowned artists Lenen Jamir, Lam Grace, and Kivika Achumi, each delivering performances that elevated the spirit of the Fest.
The Varianz added vibrancy with an energetic dance performance, while Nounengunuo (MCC) and Nitolimi (MCC) contributed memorable musical and dance presentations.
The programme was hosted by Senjanbeni Ngullie, with the invocation by MCCEU advisor Wewa-ü Mero and a welcome address by the convener of Modelite Fest, Shilumoa Longkumer.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks from co-convener Kupuli V., followed by a closing prayer led by Standhope, Chaplain, MHSS.
