Nagaland: Naga People’s Front condoles

The Naga People’s Front expressed deep shock at the passing of the senior-most general secretary, C. Khayi Nyekha, who died late Friday night after a brief illness at Faith Hospital, Dimapur.
A condolence message by Naga People’s Front, Central HQ, Kohima, Press Bureau, stated that Late Khayi served the regional party with dedication for 39 years in various capacities. He was considered a man of principle who showed great concern for the party’s upliftment and selflessly worked and contributed to the welfare of the party’s growth. He is survived by his wife, two sons, and three daughters.
NPF expressed sorrow by his demise, adding that the void left by him was difficult to fill. The party conveyed its deepest condolences to the bereaved family and prayed to the Almighty grant solace to his loved ones and may his soul rest in eternal peace.
