Nagaland: NBCC to launch ‘Revival Torch’ on January 22

In obedience to a biblical call and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) has announced the formal launch of the Lighting of the “Revival Torch” on January 22, 2026, at NBCC Headquarters, Kohima.
In a statement, NBCC general secretary Rev. Dr. Mar Pongener said the act will mark the beginning of the “Revival Torch Movement” and described it as a solemn and prayerful occasion of consecration, aimed at renewing the Church and seeking healing for the land.
Following the launch, the Revival Torch will be carried to all associations across Nagaland, moving prayerfully from one region to another.
