Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) along with frontals, departments and cells celebrated the 155th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on Wednesday.
Organised by Nagaland Pradesh Youth Congress, the event was attended by Vapramu Demo former INC candidate of the 18th AC Chozuba and PCC member. He recalled Gandhi’s values of non-violence (Ahimsa), truth (Satya) and cleanliness (Swachhata) and encouraged everyone to take responsibility for the society.
A short speech was delivered by Kelevono Neinu NPMC. Herole Y. working president of NPYC and Esther Therie NSUI secretary highlighted on Gandhi’s life. The program concluded with vote of thanks by Tsarili. T NPYC secy (Admin).
