The Naga People’s Front (NPF) Mokokchung Division held the oath-taking and thanksgiving programme of its office bearers on December 6 at the division office.
In his welcome address, Naga People’s Front Mokokchung Division, president Repameren, called for unity among party members to strengthen the party for the welfare of the people.
He urged cooperation and support to help the party achieve greater heights.
Treasurer, Bangerzulu shared the history of the party’s formation and how its symbol, the ‘cock,’ has stood the test of time.
The oath-taking was initiated by Naga People’s Front Central, senior vice president, N. Bendang Jamir, who also led the pledge reading. A dedicatory prayer was offered by Yimyu Baptist Church, associate pastor youth, Moanukshi. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Naga People’s Front Mokokchung Division, working president, Tangit Imsong,
The meeting was attended by central leaders from Mokokchung, senior party leaders, and members of the party.
