Nagaland NPF party of 48 Moka A/C holds meeting

DIMAPUR

The Naga People’s Front (NPF) party of 48 Moka assembly constituency under Mon division convened a consultative meeting at Angjangyang SDO (C) HQ on 30th October, 2025.
The program was held at Angjangyang SDO (C) HQ, with H. Nyamnyei, as the chairperson, and A. John as the secretary.
The President of NPF Party 48 Moka, Elha Mopa, welcomed the active and primary members of erstwhile NDPP merger with NPF party and the new active members from NPP, BJP and Congress workers who recently has joined the party to strengthen the existing NPF Party.
He also encouraged for enrolling and registering for new active and primary membership with the NPF party from all the various political parties within 48 Moka. Short speeches were delivered by D. YongnyakKonyak, Ex-Candidate NPF of 48 Moka, Yangkon Mopong, Hongpe Ukha and various party leaders of 48 Moka highlighting the historic political event of merging the NDPP party with the NPF Party under the “Cock” symbol on October 21, 2025. D. Yongnyak Konyak, ex-candidate NPF of 48 Moka, urged the Party “to remain rigid in party membership under the leadership chief minister and NPF president Neiphiu Rio, to stay united, and to work with sincerity and dedication in order to enlarge the party and for successful result in the upcoming general election.
The NPF Party of 48 Moka also congratulated Neiphiu Rio for being elected as the president of NPF and resolved to work under his visionary and dynamic leadership.
Further, the House also resolved to remain stronger and to work together in all the future political development within 48 Moka. This meeting strengthened the NPF Party of 48 Moka by merging the erstwhile NDPP and by joining some prominent Active leaders of NPP, BJP and Congress parties of 48 Moka A/C. The program began with an invocation by Topho, Youth Pastor- Baptist Church and concluded with a benediction by Rev. A. Langkhu, followed by lunch.
