The Nagaland Rural Bank (NRB), Wakching Branch, was formally dedicated on December 13 at the bank premises in Wakching.
The programme commenced with an invocation prayer, followed by a welcome address delivered by S. Longnyei Konyak, SDO (Civil), Wakching. Addressing the gathering, Velayutham Sadhasivam, chairman of Nagaland Rural Bank, highlighted the bank’s commitment to strengthening rural banking and promoting financial inclusion.
Village leaders and officials also spoke on the occasion. W. Chingang Konyak, advisor of Geology & Mining and DUDA, graced the event as chief guest and delivered an inspiring address.
The programme was chaired by Atai Konyak, Branch Manager of NRB, while Y. Taiching Konyak, president of Konyak Union (Wakching Unit), proposed the vote of thanks. The dedication programme concluded with a benediction.
