Quoting from the Book of Isaiah, the FGN underscored that the birth of Christ brought light to those who “walked in darkness” and proclaimed hope, redemption and restoration to people who had endured suffering and oppression. Kezha further noted that Christ’s coming ushered in freedom from sin, fear, bondage and tyranny of every form, assuring mankind of perfect hope. Extending greetings, the FGN conveyed its wish that Nagas and all nations attain peace with God and with one another through Christ, who was born in a humble stable.
