Nagaland: Phek Police informs candidates for PST

Office of the Superintendent of Police, Phek, has announced important details regarding the upcoming Physical/Medical Standards Test (PST) for candidates who have been provisionally accepted. Candidates who are scheduled to appear for the PST from January 7 to January 13, 2026, must produce both original and photocopies of mandatory documents for verification at the Superintendent of Police, Phek office.
The following documents are required for verification: Class-6 Passed Certificate or higher for Backward Tribes (for Chakhesang) and Class-8 Passed Certificate or higher of Nagaland from NBSE or any recognized Board of School Education in India, Proof of Identity: Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License, Certificate of Indigenous Inhabitant of Nagaland, Scheduled Tribe Certificate and Backward Tribe Certificate (Chakhesang Tribe), duly signed only by the District Authority not below the Rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner and proof of Date of Birth: Birth Certificate/Matriculation or equivalent Admit Card.
Candidates who failed to upload their Backward Tribe Certificate must produce both the original and a photocopy of the certificate at the Superintendent of Police office for verification.
In view of the large number of candidates, document scrutiny will begin on January 2, 2026, at the SP office. All candidates who have successfully generated their Admit Cards from the Nagaland Police Recruitment Portal are instructed to report at the office by 10:00 AM. The Office of the Superintendent of Police has clarified that no separate individual notifications will be issued to candidates regarding the verification process.
