Nagaland: Power dept to carry out disconnection drive in Dimapur div

Power department has informed consumers under electrical division, Dimapur that the department would be carrying out disconnection drive for non-payment of electricity bills, raid and all other illegal activities like meter tempering, hooking and unauthorized load alteration for all categories of consumers including electricity communitised villages within its jurisdiction from February 5 without further notice and would be continued on regular basis till further order. In a press note, electrical division Dimapur executive engineer Lhuvoyi has, therefore, advised all the consumers to pay
their pending electricity bills within the stipulated time in order to avoid any inconvenience.
In case of any discrepancies/ grievances regarding electricity bills, one could visit the office of respective SDO(E)- I/ II / III for clarification at the earliest. To make online payment, one could login at www.dopn.gov.in with Consumer ID to view and pay electricity bill.
