Nagaland: RSZ appeals for quality work on Tseminyu Circular Road

DIMAPUR

Rengma Selo Zi (RSZ) has urged the contractor and urban development department to ensure high-quality execution of the ongoing Circular Road construction from NH-2 to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Tseminyu.
In a press release, RSZ president Kegwayhun Tep and general secretary Hiyalo Jemu appreciated the state government’s initiative for this long-awaited project, which has been pending for over a decade.
RSZ asserted that the road would greatly benefit residents, pedestrians, students, office-goers, and help reduce dust pollution and improve deplorable road conditions.
RSZ said it expected the work to strictly follow approved departmental specifications, Detailed Project Report (DPR), proper engineering standards, quality, and durability. The organisation cautioned that any compromise in workmanship would be viewed seriously, adding that it would take necessary steps if deviations were observed. At the same time, RSZ assured full cooperation with the department and contractor for smooth and timely completion, hoping mutual coordination would minimize public hardship.
