Nagaland: SDPDB Bhandari urges timely completion of foothill road

Sub-Divisional Planning & Development Board (SDPDB) meeting of Bhandari was held at the conference hall of the Summer House-Cum-Guest House on January 16, chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman, Longasen Lotha.
According to DIPR report, ADC welcomed the newly posted officers and reviewed the previous agendas.
During the deliberation on matters of public importance, the house urged the concerned department to expedite work for the on-time completion of the Nagaland Foothill Road construction.
Appraising the house, Er. Elithung Ovung, SDO (R&B) PWD, informed that departmental inspection would be carried out on January 17, followed by a joint inspection on January 21 involving the Lotha Hoho Foothill Construction Committee and departmental officials.
Highlighting the broad scope of forming the Officers’ Club Bhandari, EAC Kilangtemsu presented a detailed understanding of its objectives and functional methods. As part of preparations for the forthcoming Republic Day celebration, departments were entrusted with specific tasks to be completed within the stipulated time.
