Nagaland Taekwon-do fighters shine at ISKA India Kickboxing

DIMAPUR, NOV 24 (NPN)

The Nagaland Taekwon-do Federation has announced remarkable achievements by its athletes at the ISKA (International Sports Kickboxing Association) India Amateur and Semi-Pro Open Kickboxing Championship, held on Sunday at Ballygunge Arena, Kolkata.
Nagaland’s fighters brought laurels to the state with four podium finishes across different categories. Kulungshi Newmai clinched gold in the 52 kg Straw Weight (above 18 years), while Au Auto Chophi secured gold in the 70 kg Light Weight (below 18 years). Kuveluzo Soho won silver in the 61 kg Bantam Weight (below 18 years), and Thsatsase Sangtam earned bronze in the 60 kg Bantam Weight (above 18 years).
The Nagaland Taekwon-do Federation extended heartfelt congratulations to the medallists, expressing pride in their accomplishments and noting that their success has further strengthened Nagaland’s presence in the national martial arts arena.
