Nagaland to observe ‘Earth Hour’ on Mar 28

Department of Environment, Forests and Climate Change has appealed to citizens to observe “Earth Hour 2026” by switching off non-essential lights in offices, workplaces and homes for one hour on March 28, from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The global event, organised by World Wide Fund for Nature, marks its 20th anniversary this year, with a renewed emphasis on climate action and conservation awareness among the public.
