Nagaland: Training on social audit under BOCW scheme commences

DIMAPUR

The Nagaland State Social Audit Agency (NSSAA)-Social Audit Unit (SAU), in collaboration with the Nagaland Building and Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Board (NBOCWWB), Labour Department, has launched a three-day training programme for Social Audit Resource Persons under the BOCW Scheme on February 3, 2026.
The inaugural session began with an introductory address by Imtitoshi I Jamir, director, NSSAA SAU Nagaland. Resource persons for the training included Vikeheto Naki, deputy CEO, NBOCWWB; assistant director, NSSAA SAU Nagaland, Imlirenla Sanglir; and State Resource Person, NSSAA SAU Nagaland, Sezolu Swuro.
Altogether 25 resource persons from district and block levels are undergoing the training to prepare them for the conduct of Social Audit under the BOCW Scheme commencing FY 2025–26. The programme will comprise two days of theory sessions, culminating in a practicum and presentation on the final day.
