The 3rd edition of the Tseminyu District T20 Cricket Tournament concluded on January 30, with Tseminyu Village Crusaders emerging as champions for the third consecutive time. The tournament, featuring five teams—Tseminyu Village Crusaders, Tesophenyu Lorinyu Cricket Club, Fraternity Club Sendenyu, Ziphenyu Cricket Club and Tseminyu Village Junior Club—saw spirited competition and showcased the growing cricketing talent in the district.
In the final, Tseminyu Village Crusaders reaffirmed their dominance, securing the championship title, while Tesophenyu Lorinyu Cricket Club finished as runners-up.
Individual performances added further excitement to the tournament. Benilo Kemp of Tesophenyu Lorinyu Cricket Club was named Man of the Tournament after scoring a century. Ntsenlo Semp of Tseminyu Village Crusaders claimed the Highest Run Scorer award, while his teammate Yhunshalo Kemp bagged the Highest Wicket Taker accolade, underlining the Crusaders’ all-round strength.
