Nagaland Two fire incidents reported in Dimapur

Two separate fire incidents were reported in Dimapur on Thursday, prompting swift response from the Central Fire Station.
Fire officials informed that the first incident occurred at 9:02 p.m. at Super Market near the Science Centre, where a blaze broke out from an electric power panel due to a short circuit.
Two fire tenders were dispatched and the fire was brought under control before it could spread.
The second incident was reported at 9:43 p.m. from a fast food joint (KFC) in Darogapathar area, where a fire triggered by cooking oil broke out in the kitchen.
Two fire tenders were again pressed into service and the flames were doused promptly. Officials said both incidents were contained without major damage or casualties.
At the time of filing this report, assessment of property loss was still underway.
