Dimapur police retrieved the body of an unidentified male, reportedly a non-Naga, near the railway track between KM 250/9–260/0 close to Railway Bazar (Lumding end) on November 4.
According to Dy. Commissioner of Police (Crime) and PRO, the deceased—estimated to be between 50 and 55 years of age—was found wearing a blue T-shirt and half pants, and was barefoot at the time of recovery.
Police have appealed to claimants, relatives or acquaintances of the deceased to contact the officer-in-charge of Government Railway Police Station, Dimapur at 7085055021 for further information.
