DIMAPUR

Unity College of Teacher Education, Dimapur, organized a campus play titled “Together We Can Live with Love” on November 4, 2025 as part of the National Tele Mental Health Programme (Tele-MANAS) under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
The initiative aimed to raise awareness on mental health, reduce stigma, and promote open dialogue among youth. The event began with an introductory session by Dr. Aribam Pratima Devi, Assistant Professor, who briefed the gathering on the objectives of Tele-MANAS.
The play, written and directed by Assistant Professor Uto Chishi, was performed by B.Ed. 3rd semester student teachers. It conveyed a powerful message on empathy, emotional support, and the importance of not suffering in silence. Awareness materials related to Tele-MANAS were also displayed across the campus to further engage students and staff in mental health advocacy.
