Team Nagaland brought laurels to the State at the IndiaSkills Regional Competition Northeast 2025–26, held at Guwahati University, Assam from January 19 to 22.
According to a DIPR report, Imtisangla Kangshou clinched the silver medal in Restaurant Service, while Vimeneno Phira secured the bronze medal in Fashion Technology. Tonikali Yeptho was also awarded a medal of excellence in Fashion Technology.
The achievements of the young participants reflect the growing impact of skill development initiatives in Nagaland and highlight the commitment, talent and perseverance of the State’s youth in advancing the objectives of the Skill India Mission.
