Namri graces Mini Hornbill closing ceremony

Advisor, Water Resources, Namri Nchang graced the Chega Gadi Lamsimngi Mini Hornbill & Naga King Chilly Eating Festival which began from September 29 and culminated at DC complex, New District Headquarter, Peren on October 31. 

According to DIPR, in his valedictory speech, Namri thanked the Organizing Committee led by DC Peren, Heads of Offices under Peren district and all the tribal leaders for their initiative and cooperation that led to the grand success of the program.

Tourism officer Peren, Kelhouse-ü delivered the welcome address and DC Peren, S. Tainiu pronounced the vote of thanks. The highlights of the program included a cultural extravaganza presentation by Jalukie B cultural troupe and winner of Peren Voice Impact 2016, Keyipeisile Herie presented a special song.
