National Awareness & Benefit Saturation Camp at Chozuba

DIMAPUR

A national awareness and benefit saturation Camp under the Dharti Aaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan was held at Chozuba village under Phek district on June 21, following a directive from the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India.
According to DIPR report, the camp was supervised by Nodal Officer and Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC), Dr. Cthitu Nienu, with NStCB Branch, Chozuba, as the bank in-charge.
Multiple departments took part in the programme, providing services such as account opening under Jan Dhan Yojana, social security enrolments, KCC/Mudra loans, MGNREGA, PMAY(G), PM Fasal Bima Yojana, Aadhaar enrolment, ration card registration, and health scheme enrolment under PMJAY/CMHIS. District Hub for Empowerment of Women conducted sessions on girl child rights and related schemes. The camp covered residents of Chozuba, Thuvopisu, and Rungzu Nasa villages, along with participants from nearby villages.
