Nagaland Apex Weavers & Artisans Cooperative Federation (WEAFED) Ltd. Dimapur is set to organize “National Handloom Day”, from August 7 to 15, at Urban Haat, Dimapur. The event is sponsored by Development Commissioner (Handloom) Ministry of Textiles Government of India, New Delhi.
To commemorate “National Handloom Day”, various activities, such as display of Handloom products exclusive exhibition cum sales, workshop, seminar, quiz competition and handloom. In this regard Managing Director, WEAFED Ltd., Gwaruno Khing has informed that all interested participants of cooperative societies, SHGs and artisans to come and collect application form during office hour on or before July 28.
