Navigating career pathways session at Sazolie College

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sazolie College and YouthNet Nagaland, in collaboration with the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) and North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (NEDFi), organized a session titled “Navigating Professional Pathways in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” at Vineizono Hall, Sazolie College.


During the session, Supervisor of Training & Talent Management at YouthNet, Esther Angami, addressed students and faculty members, providing insights on how to remain competitive, adaptable, and relevant in an era where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the professional landscape.

She emphasized the importance of cultivating core skill sets, including digital literacy and AI fluency, to ensure that individuals understand how AI tools’ function and how they can be leveraged to enhance productivity.


Angami further highlighted the significance of human-centric skills and adaptability, underscoring that success in the 21st century requires a commitment to continuous learning, whether through technological advancements or traditional educational methods.
