NBC mourns demise of Atuo Mezhur

DIMAPUR

Naga Boys Club (NBC) has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Atuo Mezhur Sekhose, former president of the Nagaland Football Association (NFA) and former vice president of the All India Football Federation (AIFF).
In a condolence message, the Club president and coach Roko Angami described Sekhose as a respected leader who played a key role in promoting football in Nagaland. “He was like a friend, mentor, and uncle to me,” Roko said, recalling nearly two decades of working together in advancing the sport across the state.
Roko praised Sekhose’s strong leadership and lasting impact on Nagaland football. “He gained the respect of many, and football in our state grew steadily under his guidance,” he noted. The Club extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
