The January 30th (2017) Agreement signed between the State Government and the Joint Coordination Committee, initiated by and in the presence of the NBCC, was a welcome news to the Naga people.
However, with much sadness, because of the stance of the State Government and the directive of the State Election Commission, the January 30 Agreement could not be taken forward.
Despite the painful situation that affects every Naga citizen, we remain hopeful.
