Three-day, 31st Youth annual conference of Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) held on the theme “follow – kneel, speak, reach” concluded September 27 at Tuensang Town Baptist Church.
Conference was hosted by Chang Baptist Lashong Thangyen (CBLT). Main speakers for the event were NBCC general secretary, Rev. Dr. Zelhou Keyho and Naga Christian Fellowship Bangalore pastor Rev. Zhabu Yimsung while workshop speakers were Eleutheros Christian Society secretary, Rev. Dr, Chingmak Kejong, NBCC media coordinator, Sentiyabang Ao and NBCC youth coordinator, Khrievieno Sahu.
In his message Dr. Keyho spoke on the difference of Christianity and religion. Pastor Rev. Zhabu Yimsung in his message reminded the gathering that as believers they must speak the truth in authority, in love with an intention to build one another and reach out with compassion. Workshop was conducted on the topic “The role of Christian in social transformation” by Rev. Dr. Chingmak Kejong.
Praise and worship team was conducted by Tuensang Town Baptist Church.
NBCC youth department expressed gratefulness to the host association, Tuensang Town Baptist Church, youth secretaries of all the associations, delegates, participants, families and individuals for their contributions.
