DIMAPUR, JUN 5 (NPN): The Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) has announced that open trials for the 2026–27 cricket season will be conducted at GNR Ground, Dimapur, beginning on 10 June 2026. The trials will cover multiple age-group and senior categories for both men and women.
Trial schedule for Senior Men will be on June 10; Men U-19 on June 11–12; Boys U-16 on June 13; Men U-23 on June 15–16; Women U-15 & U-19 on June 17; Women U-23 & Senior on June 18.
The eligibility criteria for Under-15 (Girls) should be born between September 1, 2011 and August 31, 2014; Under-16 (Boys): Born between September 1, 2010 and August 31, 2012; Under-19 (Boys & Girls): Born on or after September 1, 2007; Under-23 (Men & Women): Born on or after September 1, 2003.
All interested players must register through their respective District Cricket Associations and present recommendation letter from their District Cricket Association and original Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card.
For U-15 Girls, U-16 Boys, and U-19 Boys/Girls, three years of school mark sheets or a school leaving certificate is required.
The reporting time for all categories is 8:30 AM. A fitness test will be conducted as part of the selection process.
Participants must attend the trials at their own expense, wear white playing attire and ensure document verification is completed and certified by their District Cricket Association prior to the trials.
