Three NCC Senior Wing cadets from St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Jakhama, namely JUO Kerhieno Joyce Chaya, CDT Ambikali R. Mech and SGT Bangmei Konyak were awarded the NCC Cadets’ Welfare Society Scholarship-2023 at the NCC Group-Kohima Level (Nagaland State level) on June 12.
The Scholarship was conferred to them by Col Manjeet Katoch, CO, 1 NL Girls’ BN NCC, Kohima on June 25, during a Combined Annual Training Camp-37 held at Patkai Christian College, Chumoukedima by 1 NL Girls’ BN NCC-Kohima. Each cadet received an amount of Rs. 6,000. During CATC-37 at PCC, Chumoukedima from 17-June 26, 48 Senior Wing and six Senior Division cadets of SJC (A) participated.
