Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) has appealed to various unions and organisations including Naga political groups and state government agencies to refrain from all forms of unauthorized collection within Nagaland during this joyous Christmas season “so as to celebrate the birth of Christ with peaceful and harmonious atmosphere in our land.” NCD president Etsungmomo Kikon said Christmas was a season of great joy, a time to remember the past and hope for the future. NCD also extended Christmas and New year greetings to all.
