Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) has convened a meeting with all Dimapur based mass civil society organization on December 7, at 11.30 a.m. at the Council’s conference hall, Dimapur
According to NCD general secretary Thsapongkyu Sangtam, the meeting has been called in connection with the cold blooded murder of innocent civilians at Oting village by the Indian Army.
Therefore, NCD has requested all the respective hohos, union/tribal presidents and secretaries to attend the meeting.
