NCD convenes General Body Meeting

Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) has notified that its first General Body Meeting for the tenure 2025 to 2030 will be held on September 27, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the NCD Office Conference Hall, Nyamo Lotha Road, Dimapur.
According to a circular issued by NCD general secretary LK. Peter Anal, the meeting will be attended by all 45 councillors of NCD, two representatives from each of the 20 Naga tribes, and representatives from affiliated civil society organisations (CSOs), including two from Naga Women Hoho Dimapur and one each from Dimapur Nagaland Students’ Union, GB Union Dimapur Sadar and Dimapur Urban Colony Chairmen’s Federation.
The agenda will include announcement of nominated members to various committees, presentation of budget proposals, discussion on public developmental activities and deliberation on pressing issues affecting Dimapur. Necessary resolutions and follow-up actions will be taken accordingly.
All councillors have been requested to attend the meeting without fail, as assignments, duties and responsibilities for the current tenure will be formally distributed in view of ensuring welfare and development of citizens in and around Dimapur.
