NCF Bangalore celebrates cultural Sunday

In keeping alive the old aged culture and tradition, Naga Christian Fellowship Bangalore (NCFB) commemorate Cultural Sunday, where various Naga communities attended the event in their respective traditional attires.
In a press release, media cell of NCFB informed that every year, NCF Bangalore pastor, Nikato Yeptho in his message said, “We honor our origins and embrace the cultural tapestry that has stood the test of time. It is our duty to carry the mantle of our culture and traditions wherever we go, becoming ambassadors of our rich heritage.”
Tangkhul Baptist Church, Bangalore, Rev. Yarngam Muivah delivered enlightening speech on cultural wisdom and kingdom values, and Rev. Dr. K.H. Reihe, Pastor of Poumai Naga Baptist Church, led a prayer dedicated to the Naga community.
Naga Students Union, Bangalore, Sentsuthung Odyuo said the celebration fostered a strong sense of unity and brotherhood among the Nagas. He stressed on the importance of preserving and cherishing the cultural roots.
At the event, Chakesang, Angami, Ao, Sumi Students’ Unions, and the Eastern Naga Students’ Union, presented a mesmerizing display of traditional songs, showcasing the richness of their cultural expressions.
