DIMAPUR: Nagaland Contractors & Suppliers Union (NCSU) has informed all concerned JV shareholders of the 4 Lane Patkai–Medziphema Road Project (covering a stretch of 15.385 kms) that a meeting has been convened on October 13 at 12 noon at the NCSU Conference Hall, Kohima.
According to a circular issued by NCSU vice president, the meeting has been called to discuss and deliberate upon long pending bills and outstanding payments which have remained unsettled for more than 10 years.
In view of the prolonged pendency of the matter, the presence and participation of all JV shareholders has been requested so that the issue may be discussed collectively and appropriate steps taken for settlement of the pending bills.
All JV shareholders have therefore been requested to attend the meeting without fail and extend cooperation for meaningful discussion and resolution.
