NDPP case in Delhi HC dismissed after petitioner’s demise

DIMAPUR, OCT 13 (NPN)

Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) has informed that the case pertaining to “Smt. Zeneisiile Ate Loucii vs. The Election Commission of India & Anr.” (W.P.(C) No. 2016/2019) in the High Court of Delhi, related to the disqualification case of the NDPP, has been dismissed by the court following the demise of the petitioner. In a press statement, the party stated that the family members of the late petitioner had decided not to pursue the case, and accordingly, the Court dismissed the petition as per order dated October 8, 2025. NDPP extended its appreciation to the court for passing the order and also conveyed its gratitude to the family members of the late petitioner for not pursuing the case further.
