A two-day NDPP Mokokchung Region tour program for 26 Aonglenden Assembly Constituency culminated at Ungma Unit treasurer’s residence on January 31. The unit’s Media & Communication Cell secretary, Repameren, in a press release said that the team led by the president and office bearers, accompanied by two frontals, women and youth organisation, 26-Aonglenden Assembly constituency office bearers, held a series of meetings with all members of seven units under 26 Aonglenden Assembly constituency.
NDPP Mokokchung Region president, N. Bendang Jamir exhorted party members to stay firm and stand united. He stated that party workers at the grass root levels were the high command and every member at the grass roots have to exercise their fundamental duty for the benefit of society and the party.
He said the past government was fractured due to power mongers and visionless leaders. Therefore, he urged constituency people to choose the right and capable leader.
